The Compact Series of Vector Network Analyzers (Χ1201, Χ1203, X1204, X1206, X1209) provides measurements of complex transmission and reflection coefficients (S-parameters) of DUTs. The Compact Series is used for testing, configuring, and developing devices in both manufacturing and laboratory settings as part of automated measurement setups. The Compact Series analyzers differ from each other in their frequency range and dynamic measurement range.

The Compact Series analyzers are 2-port instruments that support pulse mode measurements (PLS-X option). The device features an embedded pulse modulator capable of generating pulse signals with a minimum duration of 200 ns, along with a synchronizer and logic generators that enable various pulse measurement modes: «Point-in-pulse», «Pulse Profile», and «Asynchronous Pulse». The minimum time resolution in the Pulse Profile mode is 2 µs.

The analyzer is controlled by an external PC running dedicated software, which processes information and provides GUI. A USB C interface is used to communicate with the PC.

Software

The analyzers are controlled by the 2X-VNA program from an external PC running dedicated software, which processes information and provides GUI. A USB 2.0 interface is used to communicate with the PC.
